Orders & Payment

Once an order is confirmed, we cannot guarantee any modifications or cancelations. Please contact us ASAP if you need to request any changes and we will try our best to accommodate.

All major credit cards accepted.

Taxes

Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to the states of California, New York and Texas.

Gift Messaging

If your purchase is a gift, a gift message can be added at checkout under the "Gift Message" field. All pricing will be removed from the accompanying packing slip.

Shipping

Tenoverten ships to addresses in the contiguous United States & Canada. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of Canada. All U.S. orders will be charged a flat rate of $8.95 for shipping.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed after 12PM PST on Fridays will not ship until the following Monday. Once we have processed your order, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

Unfortunately due to the HAZMAT nature of nail polish, expedited shipping is not available on any orders.

Returns

Unused, resalable products in their original packaging may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment within 30 days of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

To request an authorization code for a return, please contact us at e-nail@tenoverten.com. Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded and customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Tenoverten is not responsible for reimbursement of lost packages without proof of delivery.

Tenoverten is unable to process exchanges; all returns and sales must be completed as separate transactions.
