Abby Price is the founder of NYC's premier custom embroidery shop, Abbode. A lifelong creative, Abby began her career in the famed closets of Conde Nast, managing returns for Vogue, Glamour, GQ, and Vanity Fair. She soon transitioned to public relations, planning events and designing floral arrangements for a variety of beauty brands. Her knack for florals, combined with a Masters in Fashion Studies from Parsons, led Abby to found Abbode: an embroidery store nestled on Elizabeth Street in Nolita.

What started as vintage home decor has now transformed into a booming custom embroidery business. Abbode specializes in apparel, home decor, weddings & more, offering one of a kind embroidered gifts you can personalize using text, icons, or even your very own designs.

1) Embroidered Everything - I have an embroidery business, Abbode, so naturally I need everything customized! Adding this little detail is always so fun and chic.

2) Apollo Bagels - The best bagels I've ever had...Have it with a friend and go halfsies on the salmon and tomato!

3) Iced Matcha Latte - I love Blue Bottle and ChaCha Matcha. I don’t drink coffee so this is my go to for a pick me up!

4) Emi Jay Clips - Cute and functional- I always need to pull my hair off my face.

5) Salt and Straw Ice Cream - The best ice cream I've ever had. They're opening in NYC and I can't wait!

6) Pistache Ring - I found this brand from doing a pop up in my store- I have so many of her pieces, they elevate every outfit.

7) Antique Malls - I love antiquing and thrifting, the hunt is the most fun part! I originally started my business sourcing vintage so visiting them is my happy place.

8) Kindle - I love reading and can read a book a day on vacation. This is the best way to read affordably (kindle unlimited) and not have to carry so many books!

9) Living Proof Dry Shampoo - A staple in my bathroom. The only way I can extend hair wash day, and I've tried every dry shampoo on the market at this point!

10) Mason Francic Kurkdjian - The most luxe scents that last hours. Baccarat Rouge is a classic, but recently in Paris I discovered the scent Gentle Fluidity and have been obsessed.
