Tenoverten ships to addresses in the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders under $50 will be shipped ground using UPS SurePost at a flat rate of $7.95.
Please note that ground shipping is complimentary on all U.S. orders over $50 (excluding taxes) and the credit will be automatically applied at checkout.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed after 12PM PST on Fridays will not begin processing until the following Monday.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in California. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery for orders shipping to California, and 3-5 business days for orders shipping outside of California. Note that this does not include processing time.
Unfortunately due to the HAZMAT nature of nail polish, expedited shipping is not available on any orders.
Unused, resalable products in their original packaging may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment within 30 days of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
To request an authorization code for a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded and customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Tenoverten is not responsible for reimbursement of lost packages without proof of delivery.
Tenoverten is unable to process exchanges; all returns and sales must be completed as separate transactions.
